Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

I've been coming to this location for over a year now and it's a wonderful place to stay! The staff are professional & polite! The pool and spa are clean &working properly every single time! The rooms are clean and smell great. Breakfast is always on time! And ......it's affordable! 5 in my book

Absolutely awesome place to stay... The manager and staff are really nice and do a great job cleaning!.... they pool and hot tub are the perfect temperature and it's really reasonably priced... I would suggest staying here.

Both of the ladies wearing hijabs were super nice and very helpful. Idk what that one person's problem was. Fantastic find for the price. My only (very mild!) complaint is that the hot tub was uncomfortably hot, but that might be my crazy metabolism.

EDIT: The manager heard about our issues and came upstairs to check on us and figure out the situation. She was so kinda and apologetic without throwing her employee under the bus, she seems like a lovely manager. After helping us, she told us about her grandkids and showed us photos. Very, very kind and I feel like that deserves an edit. ----- Clean room, horrible service. I checked in mostly fine, had issues with my digital ID but we figure it out. The girl (assistant manager, i guess) told me that she could just use my card on file for the deposit, I had offered cash. The next day, I went to get another night and a different woman at the front told me thats fine but she can't charge my card on file. Fine, I have cash. Then she tells me that Ill have to pay a higher rate because she checked me out in and now I'm considered a walk in and the rate is over $20 more than I originally paid. I didn't know this meant that she fully checked me out, she even had to go tell her manager that I was going to stay till check out and lost access to the WiFi (which she just told me i was doing wrong). She then tells me I can go on the website and do it that way to get the cheaper rate. So I did what she told me, went online. I went back to tell her and she said that I have to put down ANOTHER deposit. I told her I already put one down yesterday. She says that I didn't put one down yesterday, that the assistant manager let me do it without, and she can't do that. I had already stayed a night, paid for another, and then I am getting yelled at and argued with because I told the girl I found it unprofessional and I didn't want her to check me out and she just kept pointing at the cameras, telling me it's all on camera, and insinuating that I may be committing card fraud despite never asking her to take my card, having cash, and already stayed one night. Breakfast was fine, smaller than usual hotels but fine. The room was clean. The service was terrible. Ultimately, I would suggest somewhere else.

So the owner here does a great job, and Korey, the night girl, is an absolute charm!! These people care about cleanliness and they run a great hotel, with a fine pool and Jacuzzi! For the price...., maybe the best in the Denver metro. Thanks Noor/Korey & staff!!

Picked this hotel on the fly strictly so the grandson could swim and I could soak in a hot tub. I was so surprised. Everything was so clean and neat. The staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub helped us to relax after a long drive. The bed and pillows were more than comfortable. It is older and needs more updating, but it looks/feels like they are well on their way. We did not eat there, so have no idea of the quality of breakfast. We don't make it this direction often, but I will be back.

Wonderful hotel! Exactly as advertised on The Choice app and precisely what we were looking for while on our vacation. Even though we arrived at a late hour, the staff was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed for a good nights rest. The breakfast in the morning was warm, delicious, and perfect for our 5 and 11 year old children. Thank you very much for your hospitality and we will definitely plan on staying at this location again in the future when in town.
